Hello!

 

My name is Lynette and I am a dōTERRA® Essential Oils Wellness Advocate.

 

I am a very proud mum of 4 (almost all adult) children. My youngest is just about to graduate year 12 and turn 18. Over the last 21 (almost 22) years I've dedicated my life to their health, growth, education and helping them as they learn how to be the awe-inspiring people that they already are and still to become. Love, kindness & respect have been our motto their whole lives. They are all so close and this makes my heart burst with happiness.

 

However, I've neglected myself for far too long and now it's time for me to refocus my energy into my health and well-being & my personal growth. I have a long journey ahead of me as I reaffirm old goals and ambitions, learn entirely new things about myself, my body and what it needs to thrive and to also show myself the love, kindness & respect that I also deserve in spite of all the mistakes (or learning opportunities) I've made along the way.
